TOCOBO Cica Calming Aqua Toner is a low pH, aqueous toner formulated with Cica Complex, multi hyaluronic acid, and Aloe extract to soothe, hydrate and improve skin texture.

It aprovides the skin with immediate cooling effects that helps lower down the temperature of heated skin and provide 24-hour moisture. Formulated with fermented CICA Complex, multiple types of hyaluronic acid and Aloe leaf extract to offer 3-second immediate soothing and cooling effects to the skin. Fermented CICA Complex contains 3 types of fermented Centella asiatica extract that provides intense and rapid soothing and relief to irritated skin, while hyaluronic acid of different molecular sizes provides a layers of deep moisture and hydration to the skin. Aloe leaf extract provides a cool and calming hydration, helps reduce inflammation and maintains the skin's oil-moisture balance.

It also contains PHA Gluconolactone that mildly exfoliates and removes dead skin cells without irritating the skin for a brighter and clearer skin. 

 

How to Use: 

1. Use after cleansing.
2. Dispense an appropriate amount on to the palms of your hands or cotton pads.
3. Gently swipe over skin.
4. Gently pat onto the skin to aid absorption.
5. Follow with the rest of your skincare routine.
