We do not work with discount codes a lot.We do our best to always offer the best price as possible, thus we do not offer discount codes for new customers, nor due to a certain value of the order. If we offer a discount code due to a certain promotion organized by us - it is a limited time offer and the information about the code will be provided clearly on our website, along with the information about the campaign.

We also offer special campaigns that all customers love with a lot of discounts, and giveaways. We cannot reveal our secrets ahead of time but all promotions are advertised on our website, Facebook and Instagram.

Our team works hard to pick and pack your orders as quickly as possible therefore there's a very limited amount of time after an order has been placed, when we may be able to cancel or amend your order.

If ever you choose the wrong location, we will email you if you will proceed with the delivery charge or if you want to add any product in your order to avail the free delivery.

We do of course do our best to ensure that every item we packed is correct. However, mistakes unfortunately do happen. Should you receive incorrect item kindly message us as soon you receive your order in order to replace with the correct item.
