We do not work with discount codes a lot. We do our best to always offer the best price as possible, thus we do not offer discount codes for new customers, nor due to a certain value of the order. If we offer a discount code due to a certain promotion organized by us - it is a limited time offer and the information about the code will be provided clearly on our website, along with the information about the campaign.

Order Confirmation

If you place your order using your email address, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details. Please double-check your items, mobile number, and delivery location. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +974 5509 9240.

If you place your order using your mobile number, please note that our system currently does not send SMS order confirmations. If “Order Confirmed” appears after checkout, your order has been successfully submitted. You may also take a screenshot of the confirmation page and contact us via WhatsApp if you need assistance.

Free Delivery & Minimum Order

Free delivery is available when you meet the minimum order amount required for your location. Please check the minimum spend and applicable delivery charge for your area at the bottom of this page before placing your order.

If an incorrect delivery location is selected during checkout, our delivery team will contact you via WhatsApp. You may either pay the applicable delivery charge or add more items to meet the free-delivery minimum for your location.

Zone A (Nearby Doha Areas) - Minimum 60 QAR Free Delivery, less charge 10 QAR

Zone B (Far Doha Areas) - Minimum 150 QAR Free Delivery, less charge 15 QAR

Zone C (Outside Doha Areas) - Minimum 200 QAR Free Delivery, less charge 25 QAR

Zone D (Al Khor, Abu Samra. Dukhan, Mesaieed, Shamal, Shahaniya) - Minimum 350 QAR free delivery, less charge 40 QAR

المنطقة C (المناطق خارج الدوحة) - الحد الأدنى للطلب 200 ريال قطري للحصول على توصيل مجاني؛ وفي حال كان المبلغ أقل، تُفرض رسوم قدرها 25 ريالاً قطرياً.

المنطقة D (الخور، أبو سمرة، دخان، مسيعيد، الشمال، الشحانية) - توصيل مجاني للطلبات بقيمة 350 ريالاً قطرياً أو أكثر؛ وتُفرض رسوم قدرها 40 ريالاً قطرياً على الطلبات التي تقل قيمتها عن ذلك.

We do of course do our best to ensure that every item we packed is correct. However, mistakes unfortunately do happen. Should you receive incorrect item kindly message us as soon you receive your order in order to replace with the correct item.

- Incorrect items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Product must be in good condition and seal must be intact.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchange:

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Returns and exchanges must be made in person at our store.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened, or used skincare, beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products are not eligible for return or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. Items purchased on promotion, clearance, or special offers are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of sale, or may be returned or exchanged even if opened. The issue must be reported within 2 days upon receipt.

Important Notes:

Products must be in resalable condition. Management reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any return or exchange. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or subject to management approval.

Orders of 350 QAR or more qualify for free delivery; otherwise, a 40 QAR delivery fee is charged. All deliveries take place every MONDAY morning only, strictly between 8:30am-1:00pm. Please note that we don't process your order if its place on the same day as we need 1 day to pack your orders. Make sure to place your order before Monday.
