Unlike regular toners, it is formulated to be:

• Fades dark spots and Melasma

• Brightens Skin
• Enhances skin texture and smoothness while reducing hyperpigmentation caused by sun damage giving skin a lighter and more even out skin tone.
How to Use:
Wash your face. Put toner on a cotton pad. Lightly spread the toner over your face and neck.
