How to Use:

Dispense a small amount in palms and massage on the wet face with circular motions. Leave on the skin for 30-60 seconds for better results. Rinse off and pat dry. For external use. Avoid contact with eyes.

Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate is a molecule derived from the combination of azelaic acid with potash and amino acids. It results in a water-soluble version of azelaic acid with a less acidic, or “buffered”, pH. Due to dissolving in water more easily than conventional azelaic acid, the buffered form is ideal for rinse-off formulations that have reduced contact time with our skin. The glycolipids used in the Soothing Azelaic Acid Cleanser are of the sophorolipid type. Glycolipids are molecules that have both a sugar (sophorose, in this case) and a lipid (fatty acid) portion, and they work as ultra-mild, biodegradable skin cleansing agents. Their mildness helps support our skin barrier function while also efficiently purifying the skin from oils and dirt.
