- WILL THE BALM REMOVE WATERPROOF MAKE-UP? Yes. The Instant Cleansing Balm will gently remove waterproof make-up including waterproof mascara.
- DOES IT LEAVE A RESIDUE OR FILM BEHIND? No. Once the Balm comes in contact with water, it becomes a milky consistency and washes away cleanly. There's no film or residue left behind.
- WILL THE CLEANSING BALM IRRITATE MY EYES? No. The Instant Cleansing Balm is gentle and should not cause eye irritation.
