- HOW DOES THIS SERUM WORK TO CORRECT THE APPEARANCE OF SUN DAMAGE AND ACNE SCARS? The unique formulation consist of two key ingredients to improve appearance of discoloration: cetyl tranexamate mesylate and niacinamide. Both work together to prevent discoloration and improve the appearance of uneven skin tone and texture. This includes the appearance of freckles from sun damage, moles and hyperpigmentation.
- CAN I MIX OR LAYER THE DISCOLORATION CORRECTING SERUM WITH OTHER PRODUCTS? We caution against layering with other acids such as Vitamin C.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I CAN NOTICE RESULTS? It depends on each person, but noticeable results may occur after a few weeks of consistent use.
- WHY USE CETYL TRANEXAMATE MESYLATE AND NOT TRANEXAMIC ACID? The structure of pure tranexamic acid doesn’t permit it to penetrate the skin barrier. Cetyl Tranexmate Mesylate has similar structure to skin lipids, and enters right into the skin barrier. From there it provides a steady release of active compound to deliver better results for preventing and correcting discoloration.
