How to Use:
To use Dearmay The Chic Eyebrow Pencil effectively, you can refer to the following steps:

Step 2: Turn the pencil up about 2 - 3mm to line the desired eyebrow frame.
Step 3: Fill in the inside of the eyebrow frame you just drew.
Step 4: Use the brush to reshape the eyebrows again.
