Note: We have two version of Tinted sunscreen one contains SPF40 which is a US version and the other is SPF50 which is Korean version. Both products texture remain the same.

Beauty of Joseon Daily Tinted Fluid originally debuted as an SPF 50 mineral sunscreen in Korea and some international markets. Recently, however, they’ve also released an SPF 40 version tailored for the U.S. (and possibly EU) market, which uses only FDA‑approved filters (zinc oxide). The SPF 40 version is reformulated specifically to comply with FDA requirements, using only mineral zinc oxide, which offers broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection but may limit the maximum SPF level achievable compared to combinations used elsewhere  

• SPF 50 = Original Korean formula, offers higher SPF but uses filters not approved in the U.S.
• SPF 40 = New U.S. version, same beloved texture and tint, fully FDA-compliant with mineral zinc oxide.

3. Is this tinted sunscreen matte?
This sunscreen has a finish that’s not too dewy, not too matte. Its oil-controlling properties keep excess shine at bay while still letting your natural glow shine through.

Yes! We use zinc oxide for a 100% mineral, FDA-approved sunscreen.
