The Stridex XL Face & Body Pads contain the maximum level of 2% salicylic acid, the highest allowed in a non-prescription formula. These pads are free from alcohol for effective acne-fighting treatment without causing any burns. Not just for small areas or the face, these pads are also great for treating acne on the body. In addition to fighting acne, they also exfoliate the skin. Infused with pore-tightening grapefruit extract, Stridex XL Face & Body Pads come in an extra-large size with a dual-textured design for maximum cleansing coverage. These pads are 67% bigger than regular face pads, providing even more options for effective cleansing and treatment.

- Salicylic Acne Pads: Stridex XL Face & Body Pads have the highest level of acne-fighting medicine allowed without a prescription (2% salicylic acid). These acne pads are an effective way to help with the treatment of acne by reducing the number of pimples and blackheads, and preventing new acne from forming.
- Cleansing Pads: Each acne pad is dual-textured for effective cleansing with a refreshing feel. A textured side for more exfoliation when you need it, and a smooth side for gentle application of salicylic acid.

- Alcohol-Free: All Stridex pad formulas are completely alcohol-free, so you get proven acne-fighting effectiveness without the skin-irritating burn and redness that can be an additional nuisance.
- Extra-Large Pads: XL Face & Body Pads are 67% bigger than ordinary acne pads to lift away more deep-down dirt, oil and sweat. These pads go beyond the face to treat other acne-prone body parts.
- Quick & Easy To Use: Skin cleansers work to remove dirt, sweat and impurities from the skin, penetrate to unclog pores, and dissolve deep down oil. Use after washing your face and body in the morning or during the day for a quick clean up.
- Recommended Use: Salicylic acid pads are recommended for those with moderate acne. Clean the skin, then use the pad to cover the entire affected area with a thin layer. Start with one application daily then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or directed by a doctor. Wash hands after use.
