This 4u2 Tatoo Tint is a water-based tint that provides a lip tattoo effect, lasting all day long. Its solid and clear color won't come off, even after eating delicious foods. Packaged in a cute and youthful Y2K design, it's the perfect addition to your makeup collection. 

How to Use: 

1. Apply the tint from the inside and blend it out.
2. Get a natural ombre lip or apply only on the inside of the lips or cupid's bow.
3. Helps add dimension to the lips.
